The invention relates to a polyurethane integral skin combined material used for an automobile steering wheel and a preparation method thereof. The polyurethane integral skin combined material is composed of components A and components B, wherein the components A are prepared from, by weight, 60-70 parts of polyether polyols, 15-30 parts of polymer polyols, 5-10 parts of a chain expanding agent, 0.5-1.0 part of a foaming agent and 0.3-0.5 part of a foam stabilizing agent, 3-5 parts of a hole opening agent and 1.5-2 parts of a catalyst; wherein the components B are prepared from, by weight, 5-10 parts of polyether polyols, 15-20 parts of pure MDI, 45-60 parts of liquified MDI and 20-30 parts of crude MDI. According to the combined material, low-volatile and low-atomization reactive raw materials are adopted, the prepared automobile steering wheel is low in density, attractive in surface and good in physical and mechanical properties, and the advantages of low smell, environment friendliness and wide applicable temperature range are achieved.
