This book presents basic study material in the form of exercises and their solutions for a course in econometrics. It covers the topics that form the basics of such a course, including simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, methods for panel data structures, and procedures associated with estimation, inference, and specification. The book complements but by no means replaces the learning exercises for a student in a course using textbooks on econometric theory. It includes a short explanation of the importance of the selected questions at the beginning of each chapter, and the final chapter contains Stata code to generate the figures and tables presented throughout the book.
