Миелодиспластический синдром. Клинический случай

In 2004 anemia and thrombocytosis were accidentally detected in a patient aged 53. In 2011 myelodysplasia syndrome was suspected, when myelogram indicated the following parameters: mixed normoblastic and megaloblastic type of hematosis, hyperplasia of megakaryocytic process, monocytic reaction. In 2015 differential diagnosis with oncopathology and myeloid leucoses was conducted. The diagnosis was: myelodysplasia syndrome, severe refractory anemia, thrombocytosis, myocardiodystrophia, heart failure IIA. Therapy was started with low doses of cytosar having positive effect.
