The invention discloses a video tracheobronchial foreign body microscopic examination general anesthesia system. In the system, a microscopic examination anesthesia ventilation laryngotracheal microscope is a three-way special-shaped tube (1-5); the front end of the three-way special-shaped tube (1-5) serves as a video end outlet (1-6); an installation sliding telescopic tube (1-3) and a pipelineof a tracheobronchial microscope are arranged in the three-way special-shaped tube (1-5); and the outer side of one circle of the pipeline (1-1) is provided with a breathing air duct (2-10). According to the invention, an anesthesia breathing ventilation structure used for video anesthesia and extraction of microscopic examination foreign bodies, microscopic examination software programming and automatic storage and output of microscopic examination results are realized; a similar equipment system does not exist at home and abroad, and improved ventilation for an infant intratracheal foreign body microscope and general anesthesia are reported but are not perfect and reliable; and a microscopic examination anesthesia system for increasing the infant intratracheal foreign body curing rate and the survival rate, reducing damage caused by accidental suction of infants and improving the survival quality is needed.
