Synthesis of densely branched poly(methyl methacrylates) via atom transfer radical copolymerization of MMA and EGDMA

An ATRP procedure was used to synthesize densely branched PMMAs and Ph 2-bromo-2-methylpropionate was used as the initiator, which yields primary chain ends with a specific 1H NMR spectroscopic signature.
