The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a metal foil, comprising the steps of electrolytic deposition, stripping, cleaning and rolling. The invention further relates to a metal foil and a manufacturing device thereof. The device comprises a coating bath, a cleaning groove and a rolling system which are sequentially arranged on a stand from a front part to a back part, a towing strippingdevice is arranged at the front upper part and the back upper part of the cleaning groove, a profiling titanium basket and a rotary cathode roller are arranged in the coating bath, and the profiling titanium basket is in a semi-arc shape and is arranged under the cathode electrode roller. The invention has advantages that a nano nickel (copper) foil with the thickness of 5-50 microns can be successfully obtained by the method and the device; the metal foil is bright and smooth, and has small stress, uniform thickness, compact crystal lattice, excellent toughness and corrosion resistance. The manufacturing method is simple, and the manufacturing device has small amount, small volume and low energy consumption.
