Chronic Obstructive Pyelonephritis

A 65-year-old woman presented with a 4-month history of low-grade fever, asthenia, anorexia, and weight loss. Physical examination revealed a large, soft mass protruding from her right flank; CT of the abdomen revealed a large, obstructing calculus in the right kidney.
