A Novel Base Station Analysis Scheme Based on Telecom Big Data

Telecom big data stores valuable information to support the telecom operation, and hence, telecom big data has been pushed to the forefront in both academics and industry. In this paper, a novel telecom big data based BS analysis (TBDBSA) scheme is designed. The aim of the proposed TBDBSA scheme is to precisely analyze BS performance and seek the problematic BS. The key of TBDBSA scheme includes three steps, including BS fault and reliability analysis, wireless environment analysis, BS capacity analysis. We apply the TBDBSA scheme to a northeast city in China, and results show it can assist telecom operator to locate the problematic BS.
