Modifications Of Hybridoma Membrane Fluidity During Cell Cultures.

In this work we show a correlation between membrane fluidity and the different p hases of an hybridoma cell culture. The classical probes DPH and TMA-DPH were u sed for determinations of fluorescence polarization with a fluorescence quenching method.
