Nonlinear optical crystal material, method for preparation thereof, and application thereof

Disclosed in the present application are a nonlinear optical crystal material, a method for preparation thereof, and an application thereof. The material has excellent infrared nonlinear optical performance, and its frequency doubling strength can reach 9.3 times that of AgGaS 2 , satisfying Class I phase matching. The powder laser damage threshold of the material can reach 7.5 times that of AgGaS 2 of the same granularity. The material has important practical value in the areas of mid- and far-infrared, sum frequency, and difference frequency doubling, and frequency converter devices such as optical parametric oscillators.
