Intervention Assessment of Reading Comprehension.

A model of assessment for disabled readers is applied to yield information not only about current performance but the poten tial for learning when effective teaching strategies are employed. Both assessment and intervention strategies are based on cur rent research in effective teaching and are used with reading ma terials available in school or clinic.
