Plastic steel cladded pipe material and manufacturing method therefor

A plastic-steel coated pipe is composed if internal plastic pipe, adhesive layer, steel pipe layer, thermosol layer and plastic layer. Its manufacture technology includes such steps as cleaning steelpipe, coating adhesive on external surface of plastic pipe, inserting the plastic pipe in steel one, heating at 150-350 deg.C, coating thermosol on its external surface, cooling until the thermosol becomes semi-molten state, and injecting plastic layer. Its advantages include high strength and corrosion and rust resistance and smooth surface.
