The invention discloses a stress sensing system based on wide-sideband and narrowband fiber grating matching demodulation, belonging to the field of fiber grating sensor measurement. The stress sensing system aims to solve the problems that a fiber grating does not have an automatic temperature compensation function, so that a measuring process is influenced by temperature in the process of measuring stress by using the fiber grating. By adopting the stress sensing system based on the wide-sideband and narrowband fiber grating matching demodulation, laser emitted by a wideband laser passes through a circulator, is reflected by a wideband fiber grating, then passes through two circulators and is reflected by a narrowband fiber grating, the reflected light is received by a photoelectric detector, the photoelectric detector converts a light signal into an electric signal, and the voltage variation is only related with stress, so that the stress sensing system based on the wide-sideband and narrowband fiber grating matching demodulation, disclosed by the invention, can not be influenced by temperature, and can be used for automatically compensating the temperature. The stress sensing system based on the wide-sideband and narrowband fiber grating matching demodulation, disclosed by the invention, is applicable to the field of stress measurement.
