Analysis on the Construction of Library Culture in Higher Vocational College

The library of higher vocational college must construct the library's cultural ecological system suitable to its own actual circumstances,and become the source of triggering the inspiration of new thoughts and new concepts and become the ideological origin of Discovering and inventing new theories and new technologies.This paper analyzes the concept and practice of library culture construction in higher vocational college,and probes into the effect of library culture construction in higher vocational college.
