Study on medical students' learning burnout and learning achievements and their relationship

Objective To study the medical students' learning burnout,learning achievements and the relationship between them.Methods Total of 184 students were chosen and were asked to complete “college students' learning burnout inventory” and the results were multi-factor analyzed and relevantly analyzed.Results The learning burnout average score for each question was 2.778,and it was beyond the medium level,including the number of learning burnout was 37.5 percent,and there were significant differences with depression,inappropriate behavior,low achievement and learning burnout score in different gender; the difference in learning achievements of medical students in different year,sex and home address was statistically significant; there was a very significant negative correlation between medical students' learning burnout and learning achievements.The learning burnout of medical students was an important predictor variable of academic achievement.Conclusions Medical students have a certain degree of learning burnout.Learning achievements are related to learning burnout.
