In this article the training function and methodological concepts that should underpin educational work at the University defined; dimensions and requirements that can help shape the design of educational work and analyze the essential role of the group this year are set. The educational work in universities, must be assumed as one of the lines for the improvement of the work that develops career in collective and institutional levels. The experience developed in the last two years identified the requirements that should govern educational activities for these achieve the level of integration achieved coherence and consistency is needed. The concept presented and weighs the responsibility of the levels of methodological and administrative direction and the importance of specifying the intent of this process in the design and curriculum development.
