Binding of anti-idiotypic antibodies against human serum low density lipoprotein (LDL) to skin fibroblasts

1980
Abstract Specific rabbit antibodies against human serum low density lipoproteins (LDL) were prepared. These were injected into guinea pigs and anti-idiotypic antibodies against human LDL were recovered. The anti-idiotypic antibodies inhibited the binding of 125 I-labelled LDL to human skin fibroblasts.
