Study on purification technology of extraction of semen ziziphi spinosae by ultrafiltration

The operation index for purification of the extraction of semen ziziphi spinosae is optimized by ultrafiltration in this research.With the transmission rate of total saponins and yield as factors,the optimum process is selected with the orthogonal design.Four main factors are chosed,such as operate pressure(A),chopping current of filter membrane(B),liquid content(C) and liquid temprature(D).The outcome is the best when the optimization terms is matched with A1B1C2D2,operate pressure:10 Pa;chopping current of filter membrane:1 000;liquid content:100 g·L-1;liquid temprature:30 ℃.This technology of purification the extraction of the semen ziziphi spinosae is simple and reliable with improved purification effect.
