Structure Adjustment Is the Driving force of Foundry Enterprise Development

The concept and significance of enterprise structure adjustment was described.Taking author's enterprise as an example,a detailed introduction was made to the direction of enterprise structure adjustment including the technical equipments adjustment,market positioning adjustment,product grade adjustment,management mode adjustment and manpower structure adjustment.The author has learnt from the practice that the content of structure adjustment must be aiming at the practical situation of the enterprise,and basic management is the prerequisite for the enterprise to conduct structure adjustment.It was proposed to take the internal structure adjustment as the main line and take technological innovation as the basic ideas.By adopting a series of measures,the problem of the obstacle preventing the enterprise to enter the market has been solved.The significance and necessity of the structure adjustment for the existence and development of an enterprise was revealed.
