The invention discloses an SSO (single sign on) method of a multi-control memory system and the multi-control memory system. The method comprises the steps: a client end logs in a controller of a server end, the controller is used for generating a login random number key for the client end and generating key value pairs in accordance with the key, the key value pairs are stored in server end caches of all controllers of the server end, the key is returned to the client end, and the client end is used for storing the key into a client end cache; the client end accesses the controllers of the server end and transmits the key to the controllers, and the client end is allowed to access all controllers of the server end if the controller finds out that the key corresponds to the key value pairs of the key in the corresponding server end cache. According to the SSO method provided by the invention, the SSO of the multi-control memory system can be realized.
