Affect on Exercise Attitude and Body Self-esteem of College Students by Sunshine Sports

[objective] to explore the sunlight sports affect college students' exercise attitude and body self-esteem. [method] Using "exercise attitude scale" and "the physical self-esteem scale"(PSPP) to test 80 participants and 80 non-participants of sunshine sports, and carries out statistical analysis of the results. [Results](1) 8 weeks sun sports exercise for attitude scores to the participants reached significant level(P 0.05), the behavioral attitude, subjective standard impact is very significant(P 0.01), the target attitude, behavior, cognition, behavior, behavioral intention has reached significant level(P 0.05), has certain influence in emotions, behavior control, but does not reach significant level; the participants exercise attitude has no obvious change.(2) 8 weeks sunshine sports movement effect on participants PSPP total score reached significant level(P 0.05), including physical self-worth, athletic ability, physical quality influence significantly(P 0.05), physical condition, physical attraction a very significant effect(P 0.01); No obvious change in the participants. [Conclusion]: Sunshine sports could promote college students' body self-esteem on various aspects, effectively improve college students' exercise attitude, enhance their consciousness of participation, affect the physical exercise behavior. [Suggestions] according to students' specialties and interests, various forms of sunshine sports should be carried out in colleges and universities, in order to let more students join in the "sunshine sports".
