Effects of ethanol to fluorescence spectrum of blood

Fluorescence spectrum was applied to study the interaction between blood and the ethanol.The effects of ethanol to fluorescence spectrum of blood can divides into two cases.At first,little ethanol was added into blood from 5μl/4ml to 20μl/4ml;the other case,great dose ethanol was entered in sample from 0.4ml/4ml to 1.2ml/4ml.It is two magnitude greater than before case.There was different spectral shape or intensity for various samples in different conditions.The author has made analysis and discussion with the aid of the spectrum knowledge to these experimental results.It can provide some consults to the human body injury or the clinical research.
