Porous substrate phase-changing heat storage particles and preparation method thereof

The invention provides porous substrate phase-changing heat storage particles and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises: usingporous volcanic rock with developed apertures and good mechanical properties as a substrate material, absorbing a solid-liquid phase changing material in a substrate hole structure under a vacuum condition by using a good adsorption characteristic of the porous structure, and coating the external surface with thermosetting resin by an immersion method, wherein for improving heat conduction performance of the phase-changing particles, a heat conduction filler with a high heat conductive coefficient is added in coating material thermosetting resin. The prepared porous substrate phase-changing heat storage particles have characteristics of stable shape, low penetration, high conductivity, excellent heat storage effect and excellent mechanical properties.
