Cytogenetic study of a sclerosing stromal tumor of the ovary

Abstract We describe a sclerosing stromal tumor (SST) of the ovary with monosomy of chromosome 16 and pathologic features consistent with a low-grade malignancy. So far, all described cases of SST were considered benign.
