Preparation method of zirconia ceramic substrate

A preparation method of a zirconia ceramic substrate comprises the following steps: stable tetragonal-phase zirconia powder, rare earth oxide powder, a solvent, a dispersing agent, an ultraviolet initiator, a photosensitive polymeric monomer and an auxiliary are provided; the tetragonal-phase zirconia powder, the rare earth oxide powder and the solvent are mixed, then the solvent is removed through evaporation operation, and mixed powder is obtained; the mixed powder, the dispersing agent, the ultraviolet initiator, the photosensitive polymeric monomer and the auxiliary are mixed and subjected to ball milling and defoaming operation, zirconia ceramic slurry is obtained, and the defoaming operation is performed under a vacuum condition; the zirconia ceramic slurry is added to a ceramic tape casting machine, a substrate of the ceramic tape casting machine bearing the zirconia ceramic slurry passes through an ultraviolet curing machine, and a green zirconia ceramic substrate is formed; the green zirconia ceramic substrate is sintered, and the zirconia ceramic substrate is obtained. According to the preparation method, a traditional drying process can be omitted, and the quality of prepared products is better.
