Partial underground obstacle removing construction method capable of reserving structural system

2016
The invention provides a partial underground obstacle removing construction method capable of reserving a structural system and relates to the technical filed of building construction. The partial underground obstacle removing construction method is pertinently designed for solving the problems that a large area excavation mode is adopted for existing basement obstacle removing construction, consequently the backfill workload is large, the construction period is long, and the influence on the surrounding environment is large. The partial underground obstacle removing construction method comprises the steps that 1, a basement top plate in a to-be-dismantled position is dismantled, and a main stressed structure is reserved; 2, pile position paying off and pile hole forming are conducted on the basement floor, and the overlapped positions of planned-built pile foundations and existing pile foundations are measured and marked; 3, the dismantled part is subjected to backfill tamping; and 4, hard floor treatment is conducted on the backfilled area. According to the partial underground obstacle removing construction method, large excavation operation in basement obstacle removing construction is avoided, so that dismantling work of an original underground structure is conducted synchronously in the planned-built structure foundation pit earth excavation stage, and thus the construction efficiency is improved.
