The invention provides a touch screen which comprises a transparent substrate, an electrode array and multiple wires, wherein the transparent substrate has a surface which comprises a central region and a peripheral region; the electrode array is arranged in the central region and formed by a plurality of driving electrodes and sensing electrodes which are arranged on the surface of the transparent substrate; the wires are formed on the surface of the transparent substrate for electrically connecting each electrode in the electrode array to an external touch driving circuit, and the electrodes in the electrode array and the wires are formed by single-layer metals which are directly formed on the surface of the transparent substrate. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the touch screen. The manufacturing method comprises the step of forming the driving electrodes, the sensing electrodes and the wires which connect the electrodes of the touch screen by using the single-layer metals which are directly formed on the surface of the transparent substrate. The invention further provides a display device which comprises the touch screen.
