The therapy of erosive type lichen planus of mouth by injecting triamcinolone combined with RhEGF locality

【Objective】 To observe the therapy effect of erosive type lichen planus of mouth,triamcinolone combined with RhEGF is locality injected and systemic administration is associated.【Methods】 The triamcinolone combined with RhEGF is locality injected,to therapy the erosive type lichen planus of mouth.The systemic administration is associated,to betterment the phylactic power of the body.【Results】 After therapy,32 patients(total 35 cases) feel pains is reduced,the area of hyperemia and erosion is narrowing,white stripe is decreased.The effective percentage is 91%.【Conclusion】 For therapy the erosive type lichen planus of mouth,the locality injected triamcinolone combined with RhEGF is carried out.It can either the medicine applied to the part of pathologic change directory,the effective concentration of the medicine is increased;or avoidance the subsidiary reaction of medicating to systemic administration exists.It is effective in clinical.
