Desarrollo tecnológico en el marco de un proyecto de investigación y transferencia en el hábitat popular

Este articulo esta dirigido a reflexionar y profundizar acerca de los procesos de investigacion, desarrollo y transferencia tecnologica en el habitat popular con el fin de zaportar elementos que contribuyan a generar respuestas progresivas e integrales a partir de una experiencia piloto. En la primera parte se plantean los objetivos del trabajo y se formula un modelo metodologico posible de reproducir. La segunda parte expone una experiencia de coparticipacion de actores en la construccion de un Plan de Viviendas Palafiticas en el Municipio de Villa Paranacito (Argentina), en el que se analizan los distintos momentos que en dicha comunidad generaron los procesos de investigacion y desarrollo (I+D) y de transferencia tecnologica (TT). Finalmente, se concluye con una reflexion sobre la importancia de repensar estos temas, con el fin de generar propuestas alternativas procurando soluciones apropiadas a las comunidades y su habitat en el marco de un desarrollo sustentable. Abstract This article is intended to make people meditate on and to go deep into the research, development and technological transference in the Popular Habitat to contribute progressive and integral answer-generating elements as from a pilot experience. In the first part the thinking structure regarding the problem is presented and a methodological model capable to be replicated in the actions on the Popular Habitat is set out. The second part presents an experience of the actors co-participating in the building of a Palaffitic Housing Plan in the Municipality of Villa Paranacito, Argentina, which the different moments generated by the research and development (I+D) activities and the technological transference (TT) in said community are analysed. The conclusion brings out a reflection on the importance of rethinking these topics so as to generate alternative proposals in the search for appropriate solutions for the communities and their habitat within sustainable development.
