VERTICAL ARRANGEMENTS IN ANTITRUST LAW: EXCLUSIVE DEALING ARRANGEMENTS

On the theory that, particularly in changing times, it is more useful to look at where we are than where we have been, my discus sion of my assigned sub-topic of exclusive dealing arrangements will be directed almost entirely to the recent cases and I shall speculate with you on the question of how much is left of Standard Stations1. I shall ignore the cases from Standard Fashion2 to Standard Stations3 except as the context requires them. And I shall touch only lightly on the cases during the twelve arduous years between Standard Stations4 and the Supreme Court decision of Tampa Electric.6
