Order managing method

An order managing method according to the present invention is as follows. A portable terminal of a customer takes an image of a QR code as an identification symbol mark of a restaurant. A web browser of the portable terminal connects to an order management server by connecting to a web site indicated by the QR code using a restaurant identification value indicated by the QR code. The order management server transmits menu information corresponding to the restaurant identification value to the portable terminal. The portable terminal displays the menu information on a display. The portable terminal transmits food order information for the food selected by the customer to the order management server. The order management server transmits the order information to a kitchen display. The portable terminal transmits evaluation information of the customer for the food corresponding to the order information to the order management server. And, the evaluation information is reflected to the menu information of the restaurant.
