The invention provides a shaping machine tool provided with an anti-scald alarm and used for a drill pipe. The drill pipe to be machined is clamped by a clamping device so that a shaping end of the drill pipe to be machined extends in a clamping mechanism; shaping is carried out by matching the clamping mechanism and a core mark in a mobile core mark mechanism; the clamping device comprises a rotary plate and a clamping claw; the rotary plate is rotatably arranged on a support; the clamping claw is fixed above the rotary plate and is used for tightening the drill pipe to be machined; an infrared sensor is arranged on a side wall, which is positioned below the drill pipe to be machined, of the rotary plate; the alarm and a central processing unit are arranged on a supporting leg of the support; the infrared sensor senses radiation heat of human bodies and sends signals to the central processing unit; and alarming of the alarm is controlled by the central processing unit according to the received signals. The shaping machine tool is simple in structure and reasonable in design; shaping on two ends of the drill pipe is realized by rotating the rotary plate; the problem that the drill pipe is inconveniently detached frequently is solved; and the sensor is controlled by induction of infrared rays, the problem that the drill pipe is in contact with a worker in a rotating process can be solved, and the safety of the worker is improved.
