R&D of spatialload forecasting platform based on GIS

For meeting the new requirements of modern urban power system planning,the project for establishing platform of spatial load forecasting based on GIS was proposed.Applying spatial analysis theory and using the technology of grid layering and zoning,an information management and load forecasting system was developed which focused on spatial load analysis and forecasting,and integrated with module of data acquisition,data management,spatial information processing and the forecasting results evaluation in this platform.Proposing key technologies such as spatial load regularity analysis,practical SLF methods,and so on,the system was applicable for the new requirements.This is a visualization software platform with friendly interface for intensive data analysis,accurate demand forecast and integrative spatial load management.It can serve as an effective supporting tool for improving SLF accuracy,ensuring secure and economical planning of urban power system.
