Application of dihydropyridazinone compounds in preparation of pharmaceutical for preventing and treating diabetes

The invention relates to an Application of dihydropyridazinone compounds: isookanin or isookanin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside in preparation of pharmaceutical for preventing and treating diabetes. By establishing an alpha-amylase reaction system, the invention performs a in vitro hypoglycemic activity experiment to the isookanin or isookanin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside; the results shows: both of them have substantial hypoglycemic activity, consequently can be used in preparation of pharmaceutical for preventing and treating diabetes. The invention provides a new source for pharmaceutical for preventing and treating diabetes.
