Teaching practice by the aid of teacher support is not only one of the main approaches for students of normal colleges to practice educational theory,but also an important form to reform the talent training mode in local teachers colleges.As a feeding-in point to reform the training mode of the students in local normal colleges for the purpose of strengthening normal education and promoting practical teaching ability,Guangxi Teachers Education University has actively been exploring the feasible way of reforming the training mode for students of normal colleges centered upon teaching practice and supporting education in the ethnic regions so as to boost normal college educational reform and improve the level of basic education in the ethnic regions.
