According to the present invention, a cylinder type 2-dimensional flat plate moving unit comprises a cylindrical sleeve; a flat plate type slab for simulation which is accommodated in the cylindrical sleeve; and end pieces which are prepared at both ends of the slab for simulation and each of which includes at least one injecting port that sprays fluid to the slab for simulation to simulate the collection motion of oil in a reservoir and at least one production port that collects the fluid from the slab for simulation. The cylinder type 2-dimensional flat plate moving unit in accordance with the present invention allows to analyze influence of resin and dew generation and gravity on an oil recovery rate, to simulate the actual behavior of the oil according to the deformation of the porous structure of the strata in a state of high temperature and high pressure, and to obtain the optimal arrangement by measuring the efficiency of area contact according to pattern change in an oil well or a gas well.
