Analiza vertikalne preglednosti ceste D50 na dionici Perušić - Žuta Lokva u funkciji sigurnosti cestovnog prometa

In the thesis, ananalysis of road safety factors was performed, with special reference to the road as a factor of safety subsystems. The subject of the research was the vertical course of the route and the visibility of the state road D50 in Lika - Senj County, on the section from Perusic to Žuta Lokva. After the analysis, four potentially dangerous sections of the road were noticed and singled out. Based on the analysis of vertical visibility and data on the state of traffic safety, improvement measures are proposed in order to harmonize the application of optimal rounding of the convex level break according to the standardized driver's eye height on roads on two-way traffic. At the same time, the aim of the research was aimed at optimizing the costs of reconstruction of existing or construction of new road sections in order to increase traffic safety.
