A comparative analysis of the first chest HRCT images and clinical findings of domestic imported and overseas imported COVID-19 patients in Guangzhou/ 广州地区境内与境外输入性COVID-19患者首次胸部HRCT影像及临床对比分析

Objective To investigate the first chest HRCT imaging manifestations and clinical features of patients diagnosed with imported new coronavirus pneumonia in the domestic group and the overseas group Methods Retrospective analysis of novel coronavirus pneumonia in 384 confirmed cases of the first chest HRCT imaging and clinical data, including 270 cases in the domestic group and 114 cases in the overseas group Comparative analysis of the image and clinical data of the two groups was conducted Results The patients in the domestic group were 5 to 90 (48 62±16 25) years old, including 124 males and 146 females;and the patients in the overseas group were 16 to 63 (33 45±12 33) years old, including 68 males and 46 females The main clinical symptoms were fever and cough The proportion of non-focus (light) in the domestic group was significantly lower than that in the overseas group;the proportion of multiple lesions in the domestic group was significantly higher than that in the overseas group;the proportion of two or more lobes involvement in the domestic group was significantly higher than that in the overseas group;the incidence of lesions in each lobe in the domestic group was significantly higher than that in the overseas group;and the proportion of ground glass density shadow, blood vessel thickening, interlobular septal thickening, interlobular septal thickening and pleural subline in the domestic group was significantly higher than that in the overseas group Conclusion The clinical symptoms of COVID-19 patients are more common with fever and cough The mild rate in oversea imported cases is significantly higher than domestic imported cases Intrapulmonary lesions in imported cases are less severe than those in domestic cases Measures to prevent and control the epidemic situation of imported cases in China are feasible
