Methods of Designing Technological Trajectories of Single Layer of Laser Powder Cladding on Flat Surfaces of Part Model in CAM

The article deals with the design of technological trajectories of laser robotic powder cladding on flat surfaces of the part model in the CAM system. A method for determining a given flat surface of processing and its boundaries on a three-dimensional polygonal model of a part is proposed. The methods of coating the surface of the processing in a given direction and a given step, considering the location and rotation of the part in the positioner of the laser robotic cladding complex are described. The developed methods were successfully implemented in the authors software development and tested at the industrial complex of laser robotic powder cladding.
