Casting method of check valve body

2012
The invention discloses a casting method of a check valve body. The casting method comprises the following steps of: pouring a blank: molding a valve body blank by pouring; cooling the blank molded by pouring to 300 DEG C, reheating the blank to 650-760 DEG C, preserving heat for 3-5 hours, furnace-cooling the blank to 280-420 DEG C, preserving heat for 4 hours, reheating the blank to 650-760 DEG C, preserving heat for 35 hours, cooling the blank to 400 DEG C at a speed of 50 DEG C/h and then cooling the blank to 140 DEG C at a speed of 20 DEG C/h, wherein each component comprises the following chemical components by weight percent: 0.18-0.40% of C, 0.5-2.0% of Mn, 0.6-1.5% of Si, 0.09-0.15% of V, 0.11-0.22% of Ti, 0.4-1.4% of Cr, 0.4-1.5% of Ni, 0.30% of trace Mo, 0.4-0.8% of W, 0.02-0.08% of Nb, 0.20% of trace Al, 0.50% of trace Mg, not more than 0.030% of P, not more than 0.030% of S and the balance of Fe. The casting method has the advantages that the powder metallurgy part molding pressure and the mold loss can be reduced, the molding density can be improved and full alloying of the material can be achieved through the sintering process to improve the wear resistance of the material.
