The utility model relates to the field of an electrical device test, and especially relates to a partial discharge test system under impulse voltage. The partial discharge test system is characterized by comprising an impulse voltage generator (1), wherein an output terminal of the impulse voltage generator (1) is grounded through a capacitance attenuator (2) and also is connected with an input terminal of a to-be-tested device (3); the system also comprises a partial discharge signal sensor and an oscilloscope (8), wherein the partial discharge signal sensor is connected between an output terminal of the to-be-tested device (3) and the ground in series; a signal input terminal of the oscilloscope (8) is respectively connected with the capacitance attenuator (2) and the partial discharge signal sensor via transmission cables (5); and a high pass filter (7) is in series connection between the partial discharge signal sensor and the signal input terminal of the oscilloscope (8). The partial discharge test system is capable of testing partial discharge of an electrical device under effect of impulse voltage, thereby improving accuracy of fault diagnosis for the device and guaranteeing safe operation of the device.
