Filterschlauchabreinigung mittels eines membranumschlossenen Gasdruckstoss-Abreinigungssystems

A new bag cleaning system will be introduced. The so called membrane enclosed pulse-jet system is compared with an often used and well understood pulse-jet system as a reference. It is shown, that one can come to cleaning efficiencies similar to those achieved with the reference system. This is accompanied by lower emissions and higher fatigue strength. The immediate redeposition of the particles on the filter surface after cleaning decreases by using the new system. For that reason the membrane enclosed pulse-jet system is suitable for separating fine, free flowing dusts.
