Redundant heavy-current power supply cable assembly and assembly method thereof

2011
The invention relates to a redundant heavy-current power supply cable assembly and an assembly method thereof. In the redundant heavy-current power supply cable assembly, a mold shrinkage sleeve is sleeved at the crotch of a cable conductor trunk wire harness converged by a plurality of cable conductor branching basic wiring harnesses; and one end of each cable conductor branching basic wiring harness is provided with an A terminal, an identifier is sleeved at the A terminal, and the other end of each cable conductor branching basic wiring harness is provided with a B terminal. The invention has the advantages that: due to the adoption of a bifurcate and branching design of a cable, the cable assembly has a flexible structure and is easy to assemble; the terminals with corresponding specifications can be subjected to compression joint according to the wiring harnesses with different sectional areas, so that the cable assembly meets assembly modes of different space sizes; the cable assembly can be recycled and also can be assembled in a butt joint mode; an outer sheath of the integral cable is made of an oil-resistant, wear-resistant and high temperature-resistant material, so that the integral cable is sealed and protected completely to ensure the safe and reliable use of the cable effectively; the cable assembly is easy to wire and can be wired according to different wiring spaces on site, so that the effective space occupied by a transmission system is small; and compared with copper sheets with the same sectional areas, the cable assembly has the advantage that: the overcurrent is increased.
