Eight treatments comprising sulphur application (application of 15, 30, 45kg sulphur through gypsum, 15, 30, 45 kg sulphur through bentonite sulphur and control) were tested. Results indicated that application of 45kg sulphur through gypsum registered significantly higher plant height, bolls/ plant, boll mass, seed index, oil content and yield of seed cotton, uptake of nutrients and registered the higher sulphur use efficiency.
