A Fuzzy Method on Multi-sourcing Procurement Group Decision Making under Supply Capacity Constraints

Considering the purchasing company's needs for multiple suppliers,this paper researchs multi-sourcing procurement decision-making problem.The decision-making process is divided into two steps.First of all,using the group AHP method,cluster analysis method determine subjective weights of attribute,using entropy model determine objective weight of attribute,and they are synthesized comprehensive weight by linear weighting,and the suppliers' order is obtained according to the technique for preference by similarity to ideal solution model.Then a multi-objective planning model is constructed to identify the allocation of the procurement number between selected suppliers.Finally,a specific example is given to demonstrate the decision-making process of the method.
