Применение внутриаортальной баллонной контрпульсации при коронарном шунтировании у больных ишемической кардиомиопатией

The article relates to the issue of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation, i.e. a method of artificial circulatory support used for hemodynamic adjustment with development of various life-threatening complications and their prevention in cardiology and cardiosurgery. Research data regarding the impact of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation on complications incidence reduction in coronary by-pass surgery in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy are discussed in the present report.
