Test techniques for molecular biology of entomopathogenic fungi

Five molecular techniques, that is mtDNA probes, rRNA--encoding DNA sequence analysis, random amplification of polymorphic DNA by the polymerase chain reaction (RAPD- PCR), genomic DNA probes, and electrophoretic karyotype analysis, had been used in studies of entomopathogenic fungi. These techniques, particularly peculiarities of RAPD--PCR technique and studies on entomopathogenic fungi, were introduced in this paper.
