The falling type double-holding-rod pole erecting device comprises a base, a powered winch, a guiding tackle, a small holding rod, a big holding rod, a traction rope and a rope. The powered winch and the guiding tackle are both fixed to the base. The small holding rod and the big holding rod are respectively a straight rod with one end provided with a fixed pulley. One end of the traction rope is wound around the powered winch, and the other end of the traction rope is wound around the guiding tackle and the fixed pulley of the small holding rod and then is fixedly connected with the end, where the fixed pulley is located, of the big holding rod. The rope surrounds the fixed pulley of the big holding rod, and the two ends of the rope are fixedly connected with the two ends of a pole to be erected. The other end of the small holding rod and the other end of the big holding rod are supported by the base. The falling type double-holding-rod pole erecting device is exclusively used for lifting and installation of long poles or iron tower materials, a traditional construction method is improved, operation is easy and convenient, effort is saved, and risks are avoided.
