Snce 1999,the loans from banks has helped alot in dealing with the lack of finds caused by enlarged enroll-ment.Thus the cooperation of banks and college has begun.Using loans to improve the colleges has improved the de-velopment of higher education and also brought credit risks.We should analyze the problems,causes and find out the solutions.
