The present invention relates to a production method of Lice fiber ecological fabric. Said production method includes the following several steps: weaving knitted fabric containing Lice fiber; using treatment liquor containing scouring enzyme to treat said fabric; and adopting dye liquor containing dye meeting Oeko-Tex 100 standard to make pneumatic spray dyeing.
